The countries we are able to ship to can change, and are determined by the carriers we choose and the rules and regulations in force at any given time.

What taxes or duties are charged?

All our product prices are in UK GBP, and include VAT. If your destination is outside the UK, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take the upmost care and attention for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order where necessary. Transactions on our site are secure using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) is completely safe and is not intercepted whatsoever (this encryption is the highest way of securing transactions there is).

How will my order by packaged?

Your order will be delivered to you in unmarked protective wrapping.

What is your return/exchange and refund policy?

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order placed with Lagom Design, please contact us by either telephone or email and we shall do our best to stop your order from leaving our warehouse. If your order has left our warehouse, you can return the item(s) unmarked i.e. in the condition to which they left our warehouse (we shall provide a return address.) We shall be able to refund your payment minus postage and packaging.

The product I would like to buy is out of stock?

If this should occur, please contact us on to obtain more information as to when the item will be back in stock. We will do our upmost to speed up delivery if your item is urgent where we can.

Online selling

We allow for online selling but strictly within your own (company named) website. We do not allow for further selling on Amazon or EBay or other online markets.
