The Pickle House's journey began in 2014, in the heart of New York City. It all started when Florence, the founder, took her first sip of pickle juice. Intrigued and inspired, she returned to Hackney with pickles on her mind.
Soon, Florence began experimenting, sharing bottles of tangy, umami-rich juice with local bartenders. That’s when the magic happened—she discovered it made a killer Bloody Mary. Today, every bottle of their award-winning Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix is carefully crafted on their family farm in Suffolk.
