A unique jam made with the juiciest figs and cooked with Earl Grey tea, producing a sweet – but ever so slightly savoury – jam due to the texture/flavour from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on a bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.
