Christmas Delivery Updates

Please see below for Christmas delivery deadlines for 2025. Please note that these are only recommended dates and that we advise you to place orders early to avoid disappointment.

Most of our deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail by default, except for our Next Day courier service (usual terms apply).

UK - Thursday 18th December

International - TBC (keep up to date here)

Split Shipping Notice

Please note that some orders may be split into two deliveries due to stock being held in different locations. We try to minimise this happening where possible, but sometimes it can't be helped. If this is the case, you will receive two different dispatch emails with corresponding shipping information.

UK Standard Delivery – Royal Mail

We aim to send out all orders within 1 to 2 working days, but it may take a little longer during busy periods, so please allow 3 to 7 working days.

Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. If you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

UK Next Day Delivery

Should you wish for next-day delivery, please select the option at checkout. Please note that this should be done by 13:30 for same-day processing.

When placing your order over the weekend, when next-day delivery is required, please note that your order shall be processed on the following Monday.

Overseas Orders

We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary, but should take at most three weeks from when we send it.

US Tariffs - August 2025 Update

We wanted to give you a heads-up about some changes that may affect your orders from us.

Starting this month, the US government has introduced new import tariffs and customs rules that apply to all international shipments—including ours from the UK. This means:

  • All orders may now be subject to import duties, regardless of value.

  • Delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased customs processing.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re doing everything we can to keep things smooth and transparent. If you’re placing an order, we recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees.
