The most beautifully designed and hand-crafted garlic crusher you ever did see! The crusher itself is an ergonomic marriage of perforated stainless steel, walnut and brass. Then the base (again made from solid walnut) has been meticulously carved so that the interior aligns exactly with the geometry of the crusher.

But more importantly, with minimal downward pressure, it’s also very good at mincing garlic. The gentle radius and proportions of the crusher make it a dream to clean.
