Saipua was founded in Brooklyn, New York, in 2006 by Sarah Ryhanen and her mother, Susan. Named after the Finnish word for soap, the brand combines traditional soap-making techniques with botanical ingredients to create small-batch soaps inspired by nature and crafted with care.
