Split Shipping Notice

Please note that some orders may be split into two deliveries due to stock being held in different locations. We try to minimise this as much as possible, but sometimes it can't be avoided. If this is the case, you will receive two different dispatch emails with corresponding shipping information.

UK Standard Delivery – Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days; however, during busy periods, it may take a little longer, so please allow 3 to 7 working days.

Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. If you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Royal Mail Service Update February 2026

Royal Mail is transitioning to an automated delivery schedule that prioritises mail grouping to improve efficiency.

While we understand that waiting is difficult, please be assured that these delays are due to nationwide postal reforms rather than any fulfilment delays at LAGOM DESIGN.

If you’re ordering for a specific date, we recommend placing your order slightly earlier than usual. You can also choose our Next Day Courier option at checkout if you need your order to arrive quickly.

UK Next Day Delivery

If you require next-day delivery, please select the option at checkout. Please note that this should be done by 13:30 for same-day processing.

If placing your order over the weekend and requiring next-day delivery, please note it will be processed on Monday.

Overseas Orders

We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary based on your order weight and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary, but should take no more than three weeks from the date we send it.

US Tariffs - August 2025 Update

Starting this month, the US government has introduced new import tariffs and customs rules that apply to all international shipments, including ours from the UK. This means:

All orders may now be subject to import duties, regardless of value.
Delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased customs processing.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re doing everything we can to keep things smooth and transparent. If you’re placing an order, we recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees.
