Your information is kept private and confidential, and we (LAGOM DESIGN) will never share it with any third party. Rest assured that we will only use the information we collect to contact you about your order when necessary. We value your trust and will do everything we can to protect your privacy.


Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can order and check out as a guest. It's quick, easy, and doesn't require you to create an account. Just fill in your shipping and payment information and you'll be good to go!

Can I place an order by telephone?

If there is no other way of ordering, then yes you may. Please call +44(0)333 123 0101 and select Sales. We are open from 09.30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Is it safe to place an order on Lagom Design?

We take the upmost care and attention to your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order where necessary.

Transactions on our site are secure using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) is completely safe and is not intercepted whatsoever.

What are UK, EU, and Rest of the World shipping methods & delivery estimates?

For UK delivery times, please allow 3 – 5 working days. For the EU and the Rest of the World, please allow 5 -10 working days.

What taxes or duties are charged?

All our product prices are in UK GBP, and include VAT. If your destination is outside the UK, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to process your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.

Will my order be tracked?

 If you are located in the UK, your order will be sent to you free of charge by first-class post. If you are located in Europe or the Rest of the World, your order will be sent to you using tracked delivery. If your order totals £250 or more, it will be shipped free of charge to any destination mentioned above.

How will my order be packaged?

We are committed to sustainability; thus, do not use cello wrapping. Instead, your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in either a protective envelope or box, depending on the size of your order. You'll also receive a delivery note and a form for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us via phone or email. We'll do everything we can to prevent it from being shipped out. If the order has already left the warehouse, you can return it unopened. You can find more information about deliveries and returns on our website. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund minus any postage and packaging charges.
