Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. For your convenience, we recommend using the lowest cost service that offers tracking, the cost of which will be covered by us in the case of returns being made due to our error.

If any customs charges are incurred, they will be charged back to you and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please be aware that in some cases, only partial refunds will be granted. This includes books with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, items that are not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
