UK Standard Delivery - 1st Class Royal Mail
We aim to send out all orders within 1 to 2 working days, but it may take a little longer during busy periods, so please allow 3 to 5 working days.
Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. If you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
UK Next Day Delivery
Should you wish for next-day delivery, please select the option at checkout. Please note that this should be done by 13:30 for same day processing.
When placing your order over the weekend, when next-day delivery is required, please note that your order shall be processed on the following Monday.
We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery times vary but should take at most two weeks from when we send it.

It's important to note that our policy lasts for 30 days. After this time period, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. If you're planning to return an item, please ensure that it's unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packaging, and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. For your convenience, we recommend using the lowest cost service that offers tracking, the cost of which will be covered by us in the case of returns being made due to our error.
If any customs charges are incurred, they will be charged back to you and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Please be aware that in some cases, only partial refunds will be granted. This includes books with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, items that are not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can organise a replacement or a refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you an email to let you know we've received it. We'll also inform you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you haven't received your refund yet, we suggest checking your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to appear. Next, contact your credit card company to confirm that the refund has been posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you're shipping an item worth over £20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
