During his artistic training, Morck discovered stamp art and instantly fell in love with the form. Since 1978 he has been working as a freelance stamp engraver /designer across the globe and has produced 700 stamps, bank notes, and illustrations.
His stamps are exquisite and produced by cutting lines into a steel plate, using a magnifying glass to ensure the accuracy of the fine detail. He engraves fine lines and dots that work together to create an illusion. A relief is then made from the engraving and it is stamped onto a printing cylinder. His work is a true example of attention to fine detail and skill, a lifetime dedicated to this very special art.
