This weekend sees the launch of another fabulous exhibition at the V & A. Renowned for the creativity and wonder of their meticulously curated installations; this is an exhibition not to be missed.

Artist & Designer TAKAHASI HIROKO
Kyoto to Catwalk will follow the history of the kimono from the 1660s to the present day from Japan to the rest of the world. It will also examine its social significance and how it has evolved as a versatile garment in the fashion industry.
The exhibition will feature 300 wonderful pieces with garments by fashion designers John Galliano, Alexander McQueen and Rei Kawakubo as well as costumes from films such as Memoirs of a Geisha and Star Wars.
This exhibition promises to be the perfect antidote to a rainy day; wrap yourself in its silken splendour.
