Noma restaurant offers Nordic food that is cooked in traditional manner with local produce. Noma has made great efforts to revive the interest in the Nordic culinary craft. Produce is brought from all the Nordic regions including horse mussels, deep sea crabs, halibut, wild salmon, musk ox, berries and the purest drinking water all the way from Greenland. They have set menus and ala carte, if you chance upon Noma then do try Tartar and wood sorrel Creamed tarragon and juniper with Danish lobster and sea weed Stems and roots of vegetables and Garden sorrel and glazed sheep's milk yoghurt Anise and rapeseed oil.
